About Relationship Indaba
Relationship Indaba is headed up by Vee Cowie, who has many years of experience teaching skills that have allowed her students to build the vital skills to build healthy relationships.
Vee has the following to say:
There are schools, universities, colleges, etc. to prepare you for everything in today’s fast-paced world but very little prepares you for the most important job of all – being a parent. I read so many parenting books, articles and listened to advice from so many sources, and yet I still felt as though I was drowning. All the books spoke about what I needed to do, but none showed me how. PET showed me how to form a solid relationship based on mutual trust and respect and how to effectively communicate with my son and others around me.
I have been in education/ training in one form or another for most of my career, after seeing what an impact PET had on my life I could not wait to begin sharing the journey with others.
After training to be a PET instructor, I enjoyed the experience so much I expanded and did the training to present both the Be Your Best and Youth Effectiveness courses.
I have loved watching people from all aspects of life take the journey to more fulfilled relationships. Even more I have enjoyed using the skills myself in every aspect of my life, from professional work connections to youth that I interact with in courses and clubs.
I am so excited to able to share these life-changing skills with you and walk the journey together to a more fulfilling and rewarding relationship with all those around you.
The skills taught are practical and highly effective . I’ve seen a real improvement in my life and my abilities to deal with situations, people and my own self.
This course has given me a much needed self-awareness and has helped me to better understand the people I care about most.
